Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Anjin Radar ("the service"), operated by the operator of this service ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

Anjin Radar is a subscription intelligence service. We track AI product websites over time and publish rankings, datasets, a REST API, an MCP server, and a daily email digest covering traffic trends, backlinks, SEO keywords, revenue signals inferred from traffic flowing to payment providers such as Stripe, PayPal, and Paddle, Google Trends keywords, and AI model release timelines.

The figures we publish are estimates, compiled from hand-curated research, public data sources, and third-party traffic estimates. They are not audited facts. Revenue figures in particular are inferred signals based on traffic to payment pages, not the actual revenue reported by any website. We provide the data for informational purposes only, with no warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Please check anything important against primary sources.

Accounts

Keep your account information accurate and do not share your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account, and you should tell us promptly if you notice unauthorized use. Each plan includes a defined scope of use (for example, the number of seats on a paid plan), and you agree to stay within it.

Prohibited Conduct

• Violating any law or regulation, or infringing the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the service, bypassing authentication, or interfering with the service or other users' access to it.
• Creating multiple accounts or abusing automation to evade rate limits or usage caps.
• Providing false information, or using a payment method you are not authorized to use.

Intellectual Property and Dataset License

The rankings, the datasets, the data available through the API and MCP server, and the text and design of the service belong to us or to our licensors. While your subscription is active, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the data for:

• Internal business use, such as analysis, research, decision-making, and citation in internal reports.
• Retrieval through the API and MCP server, and CSV export to the extent your plan allows.

You may not do any of the following, whether during or after your subscription. Your license to the data also ends when your subscription ends, apart from citations already included in internal reports you created earlier.

• Redistribute, publish, sell, resell, rent, or sublicense the data, in whole or in substantial part.
• Use the data to build or run a competing database, ranking, or analytics service, or to train a competing dataset.
• Mirror or permanently store large volumes of data in order to recreate an equivalent dataset.
• Remove attribution, or misrepresent our involvement, when you publish the data.

Payment, Billing, Renewal, Cancellation, and Refunds

Paid plans are billed by credit card through Stripe. Unless you cancel, your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly), and your payment method is charged each time.

You can cancel at any time from your settings and keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial periods. We do offer a full refund within 14 days of a first purchase (refunds go to the card used for payment). If we change prices, we will give notice in the service or by email beforehand, and the new price applies from your next renewal.

API and MCP Fair Use

You may use the API and MCP server within the limits of your plan, including request quotas. Authenticate with the API key issued to your account and keep that key secure. If your usage is excessive (for example, very high request rates, full-dataset scraping, or activity that degrades the service for others), we may apply rate limits, disable a key, or ask you to move to a different plan. If you need higher limits, contact us and we will work out an arrangement.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the data is accurate or complete. Decisions you make based on the service, and their outcomes, are your responsibility. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, in whole or in part, if you violate these Terms or if we need to for operational reasons. You may delete your account at any time from your settings. Except in cases of material breach, fees already paid are not refunded.

Changes to These Terms and Governing Law

We may update these Terms as the service or applicable law changes. For material changes we will post a notice on this page or send an email in advance. If you continue using the service after a change, you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan as the court of first instance.
